Dear friends and clients,

I decided to divert, for this week, from the "Wake Up" book format to ask you something.

The season that we are in is Fall. The Autumn or Harvest. My question is this; How is your harvest going? In your business or on the job, what is it that you are reaping?

What we are harvesting, right now in our lives, is the result of the seeds we planted during the spring. Our lives follow the patterns of nature and given that, this is a good time to think about the next harvest. Starting with the end in mind, what do you want to harvest next? How do you want that harvest to look? Take some time to think about this recent harvest and reflect on the "seeding" that you did. Ask yourself...What is there to learn from this past planting season?

If the harvest is good, what can you learn that can be duplicated for a repeat of the bountiful harvest?

If your current harvest is meager or less than you had hoped for, ask, What is the lesson to be learned and avoided in the next seeding cycle?

When you have decided on how you would like the next harvest to look, begin to list the actions or seeding necessary to start that "bumper" crop."

The Law of Cause and Effect is always at work in the Universe and in our lives. "As you sow, so shall you reap."

Make every action count in the next few months, toward your goal or pictured harvest. In fact, this is what's required for success at all times. Be on purpose with each of your actions, as they are all seeds of a future harvest. More about the patterns of nature and how we can follow them to live a life of joy and satisfaction when we hit that chapter in my book.
