Dear friends and clients,
A few questions to
ponder. I think that questions are the key to success. Every time
in human history we have thought we had the answers, it turns out
that it usually coincided with the scariest times that mankind has
experienced. Lets take Hitler for example, didn't many people
think he had the answers to some of their problems? For years many
others (like us for example) stood by without action or
question while millions died or suffered horribly.
Let's take time at Thanksgiving to look at
questions that can move us forward as opposed to having the
answers that could keep us stuck, living a nightmare possibly.
How are we all alike?
How is the person we are judging just like me?
What if we are all mirrors of each other?
What if the people who bug me are showing me, me?
What if everything that was a burden in my life is really a gift?
What if living in a galaxy meant I had a higher power in me or at
my disposal to live a fulfilled life the moment I chose to?
What if I chose to live full out, starting now?
What if I give to everyone and in every situation what it is that
I would like to get back?
Is there anything going on now in the world or in our lives or on
the job that we should question?
Where could I go further than I have ever gone before?
Who could I forgive that wronged me or hurt me?
Where in my life could I take a stand? at work? in my business? at
home?
Where does the "world look flat" to me like in the days before
Columbus?
What is my role in the things that I am defensive about?
How could I make a difference, today, right now?
Who or what situations am I trying to control, that I could let go
of?
Where could I let people into my life that I have closed the door
on?
Where have I missed the contribution of others because I was too
busy being right? How can we solve our differences without
violence or war?
If you don't ask, you won't get.
Thanks for humoring me. Have a great Thanksgiving.
One more question, what are you grateful for?
Thanks, Steve
