Hello all, I hope this installment of "Prosperity News" finds
you well. Since spring is around the corner and soon we will
be preparing for what is next and planting seeds, my question
for you this week is;
What are you harvesting?
Before we plant anything, we need a full review of what we
are harvesting. We cannot make changes without reflecting on
whether our harvest is what we deeply desire.
Life is a mirror. Take a moment and recap what your life is
filled with, what is your harvest at this moment?
Are you surrounded by Anger? by Jealousy? by Frustration?
by broken Promises? by Conflict in relationships? Loss? Lack?
Pain? Joy? Happiness? Satisfaction? Love?
Make a complete list... and then ask yourself... What are
the seeds that were planted to get such a harvest?
Anger... seeds of Anger, Jealousy,,, seeds of Jealousy...
Frustration... seeds of Frustration... Broken promises...
seeds of...... well, you get the point by now.
Look at each event, person, situation and check the seeds.
Life is not all that mysterious if we take the time to
reflect on our harvest. Using life as a mirror and taking
responsibility for creating all of it, teaches us, if we are
awake, that we have that same power to create what we want.
That we can plan our "harvest" and seed accordingly.
If your harvest is upsetting you... write down what you
want and then ask yourself, "How would I prepare the ground
for this?, What type of seeds are required?". The process is
no different for the farmer. Tomato seeds get tomatoes every
time and each time you plant... whether tomatoes or anger,
resentment, etc... the harvest is sure to come.
What can one do to change the harvest?
Well, if you plant a tomato and then neglect it... the
harvest is not as abundant. The same theory applies to anger,
resentment, judgment, etc. If you wake up and realize that
you've planted with these seeds, change your focus... just as
the tomato would wilt with lack of attention, so will the
harvest of negative thoughts wilt if you switch your focus to
what you want more of.
As a race car driver focuses on where she is headed, stay
focused on where you intend to go and neglect those negative
thoughts. The minute you do, you are back on course, headed to
that desired harvest.
Purposeful spring planting requires ground preparation. We
must be awake to our "reactions." What are the "default
patterns" that keep you a circumstance in your life? Where
have you accepted that you are powerless?
You are creating your reality, whatever it is... and the
"reactive" mind keeps you seeding what you do not want more
of. Work on developing the "witness" or "observer" of your
"self." That is how to prepare the ground for what is new.
Take the time now to prepare the ground and plant a whole
new set of seeds.
It's exciting to see a plan come together, especially if
you've carefully prepared the ground and selected the best
seeds.
I wish you all a great harvest this year.
I am blessed and grateful most of all.
