Sales Success for the Rookie - How to Succeed at Sales Right from the Start

My new book is that title... and any sales person can benefit from it although I have written for those who are starting out. How many of us have hired new sales people recently or in the past that just could not get going?

How many rookie sales people seem to have the perfect personality and yet they do not succeed?

Well, my new book is designed to help the rookie get started properly, right from the start.

  1. Make your goal as you start out, meeting 5 new people each day and Have Fun!
  2. Spend time developing relationships, sales will come as people buy from people they like and trust.

  4. Ask everyone you know for HELP, not a sale!
  5. Ask people you don't know for HELP.
  6. See yourself succeeding. Spend time visualizing and meditating.
  7. Sell the Truth or don't sell it.
  8. Learn to say what you are feeling and find a way to say it.
  9. Take your soul with you on the sale. (I'll tell you how I do it.)
  10. Follow a system.
  11. Learn and use the Universal Laws of Success (I'll tell you what I learned over 30+ years of selling and how to use them.)
  12. Listen more than you speak. Learn the 70 - 30 rule.
  13. Do what no one expects the average sales person to do and perform way above the average.

You don't have to be an extrovert or an "A" type personality, just steady, persistent and a listener.
