What's Been Holding Me Back?

Can asking the question "What's been holding me back?" open new doors?

Answer this question in a ten minute writing practice and look at results later. Do not let the pen leave the page.

What's been holding me back over the years is many things. First, I think deserving has held me back. Believing somewhere deep down that I did not deserve to prosper or be wildly successful. Believing that satisfaction would come when I was prosperous or successful. Neither is true.

Also holding me back is the idea of "Who me?," the question that pops in my head when I think big! It is an old tape playing from my childhood. Understanding my power to create I can acknowledge the negative thoughts and dismiss them.

I am equal to all and everything in the Universe and able to create what I deserve! My deepest desires! Why would I be filled with them if they could not be fulfilled?

I am creating the life I want now. I realized the biggest thing holding me back was not being satisfied and grateful in my thoughts! When I changed my thoughts to "I am blessed and grateful most of all," I realized in a short while that I was blessed and grateful most of all! I am blessed and grateful of all! I am happy!

Now I can go on to create what I want knowing that satisfaction is here. It was a decision. The creating is a bonus! To have fun with. My satisfaction is not dependant on my creating. I realize now that I am creating in every moment. I am the cause of my life. I am not a circumstance. I can change my thoughts to whatever it is that I want in every moment. My thoughts were the biggest thing holding me back. I now think about what I want in every moment only. This is so about me!
