Steve Lentini, is a nationally known speaker, author and teacher on the
North Shore, and is founder and owner of The Prosperity Institute.
He has spent 30 years in sales, sales training and sales management as
well as 6 years as a licensee for the Sandler Sales Institute.
Steve is currently working as the Northeast Regional Business
Manager for Afflink, writing a new book, “Wake Up, Jump into Your Life,” and
conducting classes on the Universal Laws of success.

Warren Gibbons founded Gibbons
Aquaria Inc. (GIA) in 1997. With more than 17 years of in-the-field
experience, Gibbons has held professional positions including: Consultant,
Marine Biologist, Aquaculture Engineer, Conservationist, Environmentalist,
Marine Research Technician, Wildlife Biologist, Fisheries Manager and
Aquarist. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of Marine Biology is the
catalyst behind the success of GIA’s phenomenal growth. His experience in
working with public & private aquariums and ability to work around
challenges has enabled GAI to solve even seemingly insurmountable problems
producing outstanding
results for clients.
On a more personal side, prior to working with
Steve Lentini at the Prosperity Institute,
Warren spent three years with Steve at the
Sandler Sales Institute and he has done work with Steve’s teacher, Tony
Stone, through the Goals Group. Warren has been through the entire Tony
Robbins Mastery University program, and Tony’s Leadership Academy, which
also included attending Tony Robbins events as a Leader and as Crew.

Nancy Chisholm has over 20 years experience as a sales consultant, coach, speaker and sales
professional. Nancy has successfully worked with individuals and groups of
all levels in corporations including, managers, CEOs, CFOs and sales
professionals, in taking their careers, communication and negotiating skills
to the next level of success. She created, custom designed
and facilitated seminars and corporate programs with Raytheon, Wells Fargo,
New England Financial, Krohne, Asian American Bank, Knape & Vogt
Manufacturing to name a few.
Nancy helps people to identify and recognize their talents and turn them
into strengths. Her clients especially appreciate Nancy’s unique way of
making them feel comfortable to communicate with more confidence.
Prior to starting her own business, she
successfully worked for 11 years at NECX, a high tech electronic trading
floor being one of only six women out of 100 people. During that time she
held several different positions as Senior Sales Trader, Product Manager,
Product Analyst, OEM buyer (Original Equipment Manufacturers), where she
negotiated sales, purchasing, managed inventory, allocated product, made
buying and selling decisions and mentored junior sales traders. During her
tenure she developed long term relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Purchasing
and Senior level Managers in Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Blue Cross, Blue
Shield, Unum, Fortune 500, Computer Resellers and Distributors. She
previously sold real estate for five years for Carlson Real Estate.
Nancy is a Coach University graduate and a trained, authorized facilitator
of Inscape Publishing Assessment tools. She is a former board member of the
International Coach Federation New England Chapter.
